If it was not for Redchips original core training, I probably would not have been where I am today. There is a reason I am promoting them so shamelessly - I have everything to thank them and their program for. I can not imagine, and I have never seen a better online poker training course.

It costs you 5 USD per week. Before I joined, I could easily lose way more than that in just a few hours of playing online poker one evening. To make matters worse, I would continue losing even more the next evening, because I was so determined to win back the money I lost the day before, and then some. To be honest - if you can not afford 5 USD to try it out, you should not play online poker for real money in the first place.

After a long period of losing night after night, I finally got smart (everything is relative ...) and decided that if my money was disappearing anyway, I could just as well get just a little smarter about losing them. I did some thorough research, and decided for the original core program. The version 2.0 is even better.

Core is a very well-structured course, which can take you from learning the poker equivalent of 2+2=4 to being the Stephen Hawking of poker. You will not get there without a lot of work, but with the core training, you do not waste your time on dead ends. Everything they teach you, is extremely important and it is taught in the right order, so you build up your understanding slow and steady (much like your bankroll at this stage).

To me this was where the real fun started. This level repeats most of the topics from the first level, this time with some deeper and slightly more complicated problems like combinations, blockers, GTO primer, variance, balance, capped ranges, polarized ranges, merged ranges, elastic ranges and much more.

They even claim, that if you just make it to the end of level 2, you: "have the strategic underpinnings of a winning player ..."

This level combines the foundational elements from the first two levels. You will see some specific situations and complete in-depth explorations of single hands. There are hands from MTT's, online cash games and live cash games. The MTT hands covers various hands at various stack depths (you know you should play a different style with 10 BB than with 100 BBs right?). The online cash hands has thorough analyses of hands from 2NL to 1000NL and everything in between. Finally, the live cash hands cover hands in levels $1/$3NL and under, $2/$5 NL and $5/$10 NL. Anyone will be impressed by the figures at stake here.

Focuses on specific games either live cash or the early stages of the final table.

If you have made it thus far, and you are not producing staggering results at the tables, you must have skipped some corners along the way. Remember, when you start your poker journey you are working on some life-changing scores - they will not come overnight, and it is vital to build them on rocks, rather than dreams.

Take your time. Work your way through it and build a firm foundation, before you move on. If you do it this way, you are in for tremendous results.
